MutaGen-Brasil aims to bring together researchers and academics linked to the study of genotoxic risk assessment and public health, Carcinogenesis / Oncogenetics, Germ cells and hereditary effects, Epigenetics/Epigenomics, Applied Toxicology Genetics, Genomic Instability, Environmental Mutagenesis, Nutrigenomics, DNA Repair, Toxicogenomics and Bioinformatics, aiming to develop, integrate, disseminate and promote research, education and the responsible application of excellence and scientific knowledge, as a way to boost sustainable human and socioeconomic development in the country and the world. In addition, this Association directs special attention to the scientific updating of professionals; for the training of new researchers; and to assist in public policies aimed at assessing risk in human and environmental health, seeking prevention.
